Ralph is AMAZING at his work. There is a high standard of expertise and he shared his knowledge openly. He is very informative and makes sure you have an understanding of what needs to happen, why, and by when. I will recommend Ralph to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Unprofessional, refuses to answer calls, texts. If your the Seller, BEWARE. They make over inflated claims about your property, over step boundries and requirements for an inspector and damaged our home in the process.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

I am overdue in sharing my review, but one year after inspection I would still recommend Ralph 100%. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible with scheduling after our seller failed to complete necessary tasks prior to inspection. Everything Ralph indicated in his report helped us to not only negotiate our purchase cost, but also helped us prepare for what would be next to fix in our house. Ralph inspected our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house, but is fully capable of reporting on a single room or a larger property. Words can't express how beneficial the service he provided was. The money we spent on the inspection saved us over 5k in the long run. Ralph is the best!

I'm so glad I found Ralph and American Building Inspectors. The first house we looked at we just knew was the one, but Ralph found some issues that, in the long run, could cause us some major headaches in the future. Once we found a second home, we didn't hesitate to call him and he didn't disappoint. He told us what we needed to make sure we maintained, things that definitely needed fixed, and other things we just needed to keep an eye on. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Ralph and ABI to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ralph was very professional and courteous during our home inspection. He not only pointed out relevant issues during the inspection, but also some quick homeowner tips like where the master water valve is and what to consider if we plan to do renovations.

Ralph always does a good job. He is able to explain what he sees in a way that the client understands. Well qualified to inspect not only residential properties but also commercial properties. His report is thorough and provides the necessary information. I highly recommend American Building Inspectors for property inspections.

This was a great experience. Ralph was well organized and on time. He is very personable and was easy to talk to. He methodically and meticulously went through the house explaining things to us. When he was finished he quickly emailed us a detailed review of the inspection with pictures.

Ralph was very professional and his experience shined through during our home inspection. Having several years of contracting experience myself, I am very detail oriented and notice the little things. Ralph didn't miss anything and was extremely informative on the issues present, along with how they should be rectified. The report was returned, with a summary of items needing repaired, by day's end. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better person/company to inspect our future home!

My experience with Ralph D'Angelo goes back more than 20 years. Ralph inspected the home my wife and I were about to buy, and did an amazingly thorough job. In fact, he was able to spot a major structural defect which would have cost us $10,000 to remedy (and which we had never noticed), and as a result, we were able to get the sellers to pick up the cost of doing this. I have since recommended him to many clients in my law practice, and all of them have been very satisfied. All building inspectors are not created equal -- this one's the best!
